Our 16 Premier team put in a sluggish performance for sixty of the eighty minutes in the final of the DDSL McGrath Cup against Home Farm at the AUL Complex only coming to life in the final twenty minutes at which stage they trailed by 2-0.

Luke Heeney got them back in the game when he scored with a fine header from a Ritchie English cross and Dara O'Shea equalised with four minutes to go heahing home a Mikey Cregan corner.

Extra time was all one way traffic - Mikey Cregan heading the third before Thomas Byrne rounded off the scoring with a fine strike from Ryan Graydons cross.
