REPUBLIC of Ireland U19 Head Coach Paul Doolin who was aiming to steer his side - which includes ex SKB players Robbie McCourt, Graham Kelly, Michael O'Connor and Shane Elworthy - into the UEFA U19 Championships Elite Qualifying phase against Scotland at the Markets Field in Limerick saw their hopes vanish as they lost 4-0 having been 3-0 down at half-time.
