Our first team recorded their first win in the Leinster Senior League tonight when in their second game they won 4-2 away to Doddervale-Orwell with Jordan Cromwell leading the way with 2 goals
Our Senior Saturday team got their season underway in brilliant fashion this afternoon when they defeated Boyne Rovers at Ward Cross with a hat trick from Jordan Cromwell and another from Aaron Dequina much to the delight of managers Mick McBride and Andy McKenn. Their next game is on Monday evening away to Confey F C.
St Kevin's Boys Club first team debut in the Leinster Senior League Sunday Major Section ended in a 3-2 defeat away to Collinstown FC last night in Ballyowen Park after a close and exciting game where maybe a draw might have been a fairer result. They are away on Tuesday next in Dartry Park against Doddervale - Orwell.
The new all weather pitch at St Aiden's is being tested over the next few weeks prior to the contractors handover and official opening next month with some selected games being played to test the surface etc.
